Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the ab999h platform at ab999h.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all products and services offered by ab999h, including but not limited to sports betting, live cricket betting, online casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers.

ab999h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the ab999h platform. Continued use of ab999h following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must discontinue your use of ab999h immediately and, if registered, request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Access to the platform is conditional on acceptance of these terms — there is no partial acceptance.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use ab999h, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ab999h enforces a strict 18+ only policy across all products and services, including free-play and demo modes where available.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from using online gambling services.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ab999h or any other gambling operator or regulatory authority.
• Personal Account: You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy of Information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details constitutes a material breach of these terms.

ab999h uses a combination of self-declaration at registration, document-based Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, and automated screening tools to enforce this age restriction. Players who are unable or unwilling to complete age verification will not be permitted to deposit funds or withdraw winnings until verification is successfully completed.

Account Registration and Verification

Each eligible individual may open exactly one (1) account on ab999h. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ab999h reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and retain any funds derived from activity conducted across the duplicate accounts.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide a valid mobile number that will serve as your primary account identifier and verification channel. This mobile number must be a Bangladeshi number that is active and in your personal possession. Mobile numbers associated with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your ab999h account.

ab999h conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing a player's first withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of at least one of the following government-issued documents:

• National Identity Card (NID): Bangladesh National ID card — front and back.
• Passport: A valid Bangladeshi passport showing the photo and personal details page.
• Birth Registration Certificate: Accepted as a secondary document only, in conjunction with a primary photo ID.

KYC documents must be legible, unaltered, and in date. ab999h will not accept photographs that are blurred, cropped to remove key details, or clearly edited. KYC checks are typically completed within a few hours of document submission during daily support hours (09:00–02:00 BST). Until KYC is complete, withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ab999h accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All transactions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions that may apply to individual payment methods.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ab999h, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawal Processing: ab999h targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for requests submitted during daily support hours (09:00–02:00 BST). Requests submitted outside support hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next support window. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ab999h does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawal to original deposit method: Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, to reduce the risk of fraudulent redirection of funds.
• KYC as a prerequisite: No withdrawal will be processed until KYC identity verification has been successfully completed on the account.
• Mobile verification: Every withdrawal request must be confirmed via the mobile number registered to the ab999h account before it is processed.
• Processing fees: ab999h does not charge withdrawal fees. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ab999h's control.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

ab999h reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the account's KYC documentation is incomplete or under review, or where a chargeback or dispute has been raised in relation to a prior deposit. In such cases, the support team will contact the player via their registered email or mobile number to resolve the matter.

Bonuses and Promotions

ab999h offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the point the bonus is offered. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply unless explicitly overridden by the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate, as stated in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. The expiry period is stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus per household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud.
• Maximum bet rule: While bonus funds are active on an account, the maximum permitted bet per round or market is ৳500 or as otherwise stated in the promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Withdrawal and bonus forfeiture: If you choose to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the entire bonus balance and any associated winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited.

ab999h reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, the player's qualifying deposit (if any) will remain in their account unaffected. Only the bonus portion is subject to cancellation. ab999h's decisions in relation to promotional disputes are final and binding.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ab999h — whether on cricket, football, kabaddi, or any other sport, or on any casino game — are governed by the specific rules for that market or game as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. ab999h accepts no liability for bets placed in error or without understanding of the applicable rules.

For cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, the following general rules apply:

• Match abandonment: Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or significantly reduced in scope due to weather, pitch conditions, or other factors, ab999h will settle affected markets in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the point at which the relevant market is suspended. Once a market is suspended, no new bets will be accepted. Bets already placed and confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.
• Palpable errors: If a bet is accepted due to a clearly erroneous price — including odds that deviate materially from the fair market price at the time of acceptance — ab999h reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies across all markets. The applicable limit will be stated on the relevant betting page. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at the stated maximum.

For casino games, the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are determined by the software provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi) and are based on independently certified RNG systems. ab999h does not alter game RTPs from the values supplied by providers. Players acknowledge that all casino games carry a house edge and that outcomes over any individual session may vary materially from the stated RTP.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ab999h. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, forged identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity or age during registration or KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or any form of systematic wagering designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider in relation to genuine deposits made to ab999h.
• Account sharing or third-party betting: Allowing any third party to access or operate your ab999h account, or placing bets on behalf of another person using your own account.
• Collusion and match fixing: Colluding with other players or exploiting prior knowledge of match outcomes to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market, including BPL or IPL cricket markets.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the casino, or interact with the ab999h platform in place of a human player.
• Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ab999h's systems, databases, or player accounts, or exploiting any technical glitch or software error for financial gain.

Account Suspension and Closure

ab999h reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where required by applicable law or the instruction of a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. During a suspension period, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. Any funds held in the account at the time of suspension will remain ring-fenced pending the outcome of the investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ab999h account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before an account can be closed, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved, and the player must have no active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements (or must agree to forfeit those funds). Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time.
